How to download

Only available in macupdate

How to Install ? download, unzip, put in applications folder and run. Tune up is recommended  for improve the speed , follow this step :

• Open Terminal, getin to DC’s directory , cd /Applications/DigitalCethini.app/Contents/Resources/
• open sqlite command sqlite3 idwikimaster89.sqlite
• execute  query :   CREATE UNIQUE INDEX indexwm ON wikimaster(_id);
• Exit from sqlite command just type  .quit
• Close terminal, run DC

How to uninstall ? in Finder, drag DigitalCenthini app to Trash.

How to customizing search result and article viewer ?

1. Using Finder, open package contents DigitalCenthini.app, locate “Content ->Resources”
2. Copy cssdata as a backup [be carefull, DC will not work without this file !!!]
3. Edit cssdata with any text editor to fit your need and save
4. Restart DigitalCenthini

Customizing Charset :

By default DigitalCenthini use “charset=UTF-8″ to render search results and article, you can change the charset as you want

1. Follow steps 1 – 3 in section “Customizing layout” above
2. Put valid syntax for charset
3. Save, restart DigitalCenthini

Disadvantage

1. Some articles render incorrectly, this happen because my own converter still in development stage
2. There are no images
3. Slow renderer at first time after run.
4. Some redirection articles [9 articles] didn’t have any link to the right article. Please ask to Wikipedia.

Using Database for another purposes

DigitalCenthini is freeware , You’re free to use (for personal use-non-commercial) as You like, however, for simplify use, it’s already embedded idwiki 2009 which is copyrighted (automatically, under the Berne Convention) by Wikipedia editors and contributors and is formally licensed to the public under the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL)
The database, “idwikimaster89.sqlite” can be found in Directory “DigitalCenthini.app -> Package Contents->Resources”, you can use that database for any other purpose if you like.

Data Schema
DigitalCenthini can only search articles start with ” . [dot] 0 – 9, A – Z (caseinsensitive), you can’t search articles with spesial character in first letter, heres the database schema , contains 40 Tables [auto-generate by DC-Converter] , acnhor for 0 – 9, anchor for A-Z, anchor for Dot, anchor_id, sqlite_sequncer (for identification) and wikimaster as full articles. You can use any Sqlite tools to open this database.

1. [Q] There are no “back and Forward button” ? i think it easy to implement this in webkit, just connect your buttons to webkit component to goBack and goForward method in iterface-builder with no code [with drag and drop mechanism] . [A] yes, i know .
